R.D. Horn Construction was started by Ron Horn with a focus on underground utility work, specializing in water, sewer, and civil infrastructure. Built on family values, integrity, and quality craftsmanship, the company has become a trusted local name in construction. Now under the leadership of his son, Matt Horn, the company is evolving with a modern vision while staying true to its roots.
With decades of hands-on experience, we’ve built more than just infrastructure—we’ve built trust. Over the years, our team has expanded, our equipment has modernized, and our services have grown, but our commitment to integrity and quality has never changed. From water and sewer systems to large-scale excavation and site prep, we’ve been laying the groundwork for California’s future—one project at a time.
